ACEP Researchers Travel to Kodiak as Part of the Emerging Energy Technology Fund

ACEP Researchers, Jason Meyer and Tom Johnson, are traveling to Kodiak with the Alaska Energy Authority this week to visit Genesis Machining & Fabrication, a recipient of an Emerging Energy Technology Fund Round 1 grant.  Their project, “Ultra-Efficient Generators and Diesel-Electric Propulsion,” is entering the stage of prototyping and demonstration.  ACEP will be assisting Genesis Machining & Fabrication with instrumentation, collecting data, and reviewing overall data collection efforts.
