2016 Alaska Rural Energy Conference a Success
After 18 months of preparation the Alaska Rural Energy Conference took place last week bringing close to 400 individuals to Fairbanks, Alaska to participate in it. The event took place without a hitch and provided residents, industry representatives, agency professionals, and researchers with nearly a week of networking opportunities and presentations on the status of energy in rural Alaska.
The event was only made possible by the hard work of the energy professionals involved in organizing the event. We would like all of our speakers, moderators, MCs, and the staff of both the Alaska Energy Authority and ACEP for all of their efforts to make the show a success.
