UAF livestock researcher to discuss nutrition, herd management

Jim Vinyard, a livestock researcher with the ÌÀÄ·ÊÓƵ Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station, will present a talk on livestock nutrition and herd management strategies on March 6 at 6:30 p.m. The presentation will include a question and answer session.
Sitka workshops focus on heart-healthy desserts

Two dessert workshops, hosted by the ÌÀÄ·ÊÓƵ Cooperative Extension Service, will be led by Paula Veshti, who is enrolled in the dietetics master's degree program at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
