The ÌÀÄ·ÊÓƵ Community and Technical College Culinary Arts food truck is set to make its highly anticipated return to the UAF Troth Yeddha' Campus on Wednesday, Aug. 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Constitution Hall.

This food truck is more than just a culinary offering; it's an innovative extension of the classroom, giving students hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of food service. The food truck, generously donated by Joe Hardenbrook — an alumni and steadfast supporter of the program — reflects his commitment to the mission of CTC's Culinary Arts program: preparing students for successful careers in the hospitality industry. Beyond serving up delicious meals, the food truck provides CTC students with invaluable real-world experience and summer employment opportunities, making it a key component of their education.

Whether you're a fan of gourmet cuisine or eager to support the next generation of culinary professionals, this is a can't-miss food truck event on campus!
