URSA Spring 2025 Mentor Awards accepting proposals through Nov. 3

Faculty, research staff, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students from all disciplines of ÌÀÄ·ÊÓƵ-affiliated campuses are invited to apply for up to $3,000 to engage undergraduate students on their research and creative projects taking place during the spring 2025 term.

  • Awarded proposals will clearly describe a project with a distinguished mentoring plan for undergraduate students involved.

  • Funds may be used towards an undergraduate student fellowship, undergraduate student tuition (up to 4 credits for a course related to the project), undergraduate travel to a fieldwork location, undergraduate registrations fees, consumable supplies, or contractual services.

  • All project work must take place between Jan. 13 and April 27, 2025.

  • All funds must be spent by April 27, 2025 (end of award term). -- Applicants are required to identify at least one eligible undergraduate student upon awarding.

  • Applicants will be notified by email on Monday, Dec. 2, 2024.

Accepting applications Sept. 30 - Nov. 3, 2024.
