The Department of Tribal Governance provides open source access to our TG 112 Intro to Federal Indian Law course. This information is intended for current students, alumni, tribal leaders, researchers, and anyone who is interested in learning more about tribal governance in Alaska.

TG 112 Intro to Federal Indian Law

This course is an introduction to Federal Indian Law, focusing on the impacts to modern Alaskan Tribal Governments. Particular attention will be given to the relationship between Federal Indian Law and tribal justice systems in Alaska.
